onsite or offsite.
We utilize specialist equipment capable of scanning/filming books
and ledgers without detriment to the document or binding.
Document image output on CD-ROM in all widely supported formats
including TIFF, JPEG, Bitmap and/or Microfilm as required.
DataConversionPro scans documents to support all data conversion services and as an added value option to our customers.
We are fully equipped to scan documents of all types and sizes to all standards such as TIF, JPEG, High Compression PDF, Black & White, Grayscale and Color. We also offer expert scanning for fragile documents and bigger sizes up to A0.
We provide preparation, de-stapling, sorting, unfolding in addition to full quality control on the output images for de-skewing, clarity and content. We guarantee security and count accuracy of the source documents with our proficiency in managing data and documents.
For preserving and recovery of images, DataConversionPro provides output on CD-Rom or online secure servers, which is customer friendly.
